Perpignan BBQ's etc...

Organise your next away trip, see who else is going or even arrange group transport with other Wigan fans.

Saw a couple of buses. One couple I met got on to go into Perpignan and it took them to Canet!! They had to get a taxi back into town.
The Irish bar was good after the match.

well the 5 euro cst buses at least were on time BUT 4 of us didnt have tickets and were told to get on, so we did... without paying... this happened coming home. Treble's all round!

I think the problem was the guy organising it was working alone it seemed, Foti?

He's a good bloke :)

I've still got his brolly from 2007 :)
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Not been on for a bit but lets at least have things straight...

the CST buses picked up at the Castillet TWICE! (and yes I am on about the Saturday night)
people managed to be on them so to say they never turned up is just wrong.
There was some confussion because the clubs website had a different time on it and thats why the coach went back to perpignan to make a second trip.

The couple that went on our bus to Canet after the game only have themselves to blame.
It was our coach and Dave said there might be some extras to go back if there was any room.
I told him that was fine by me so long as my lot were all on and had seats ~ after all they had paid for the bus!

I got on and asked anyone who had not come with me to get off the bus. people at the back heard me (aparently i get loud when i have had a drink???)
They sat all the way to Canet (after we went through the middle of Perpignan en route) before waiting till we got back to our hotel in Canet and asking the driver when the Irish bar would be shutting.

One of those things but no one elses fault but theirs.

All in all Foti does and excellent job
