Two Questions

1) Why was Tommy not awarded a penalty try?

2) Accepting that he didn't ground it and the ball was stolen, then why was penalty ten metres back and not just short of try line?

Can't remember the answer but it was answered in detail on this site after Darrel's dissalowed try at Leeds last week.
Strange isn't it,i have never seen this decision before, and then twice in 2 weeks,and against us too? mmmm
