national anthem of england
is it due to be changed as watching the news the england team when won gold had jerusalam played and they said they seemed abit embarressed as they dont no the words. anybody know anything on this ?

There is no official English National anthem it is up to the sport to decide which anthem they use. Football uses "God Save The Question" as the national anthem while cricket and rugby league use "Jerusalem" although the England RL team used to use "Land Of Hope and Glory".
There was a vote on the England Commonwealth Games team website for which anthem would be used and "Jerusalem" won. Personally I prefer "Land Of Hope And Glory", "Jerusalem" is more of a patriotic hymn than a national anthem.
