The renewal deadline is 5th November so i would have thought they would have been sent out by now!

I just took my expired season ticket card to the stadium and sorted my renewal and Elite Membership.
I don't know whether that's an option for anyone on the boards who are asking about renewal packs but it was very quick and easy to get processed.
