Sneeky, it really shouldn't have worked though. Roosters should have been down low ready on the line ready to defend the scoot. Looks like they were either sleeping or heads had already gone down at that point.

The GF was a piece os professional trickery.
RE; The Try. St George have been putting sleepers next to the POTB like that all season, particularly close to the play offs when Soward has been kicking drop goals. Hence, the comment from the commentator. In the biggest game they used the routine to trick the opposition.
The biggest piece of trickery. The tries were scored down the right hand side. All season long, Saints have been putting left hand moves on, scoring all their tries down the left, all the pre GF interviews had experts like Phil Gould saying St George won't change anything, Bennett even said it in interviews. Come the GF, St George change completely and go right, right, right.
Predictiability can be a great weapon if you you exploit when it matters.
