Central Park Tesco
Central Park Tesco
A living hell. Traffic jams galore ignoramouses claiming to be managers but struggling to be traffic wardens. Avoid like the plague unless going at silly hours.

And Middlebrook retail park.
It's funny how people panic before Christmas though.

Some people just go crazy. I have managed to avoid the panic buyers by buying all the bread and milk I could fit in the car. I would recommend everyone else do the same!ancientnloyal wrote:And Middlebrook retail park.

I got around it by having a newborn due on the 27th
so a ready excuse not to spend on presents.

Sooooooooooooo glad that doesn't happen in OZ !!
Even though shops are closed Christmas day you can still find small places selling bread - milk - etc
And Boxing day ?
Well that's just one big sale

Just been ASDA in Leigh (i know... Leigh) chaos. I only went for some cream people moaning like their in the former USSR waiting outside a bakery that's obviously closed.

I blame the media with the "weather affecting supplies to shops" stories they ran before Christmas.
However, I do admit the panic over buying one days supplies really does astonish me
