My heart wants a Wigan victory but I am going to risk being hung, drawn and quartered

i think we can match them but Wayne Bennet may just get the upper hand in tactics

St George 20-16

but i really really really really really hope im wrong

and if i am i think we will beat them 24-22

whatever the result i think it will be a close match

Close, but we win it with a late Joel try.

Saints 26 Wigan 18.

I am biased of course but think it will be close to the last 5 mins when we score a try to wrap it up.

From all reports, we are having a fantastic pre-season with the entire squad the fittest they have ever been. I know this is the usual mantra but so many of our players have been carrying niggling injuries over the past couple of years and have had surgery/rehab to get over them.

Looking forward to a physical game that opens up in the latter stages.

A Wigan win - simple as, it doen't matter what the score is
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Have no problem with you predicting a win for St George, but can you please not refer to them as Saints, it just looks so wrong

Sorry mate, you'll have to get used to it, that is what any of us traditional St George supporters call ourselves - it is only the very young who refer to us as "Dragons"!
