Injuries

Post by Woodentop07 »

We have had a lot of injuries so far this season which obviously has played a massive part in our performances to date.
Without a settled side things will at times look unorganised etc.
What worried me about Friday night is how many of our players look to be carrying knocks.
Goulding - Limping throughout the game eventually came off
Carmont - Wrist/lower arm strapped, holding wrist throughout the game
Prescott/Mossop - rumoured to be big doubts going in to the game
Hoffman/Oloughlin - By their standards both had poor games, both brought off for a spell which doesn't usually happen. Are they carrying an injury?

If players are missing training sessions through injury, is this playing a big part in how we are playing?
Could anyone shed any light on the injury front?

stuart is apparently off his croutches and would expect be back in full training fairly soon, so hoping he may be back slightly earlier, maybe 1st week july rather than end.

still begs the question after the last couple of run outs for our side there may be more injuries than were led to belive?

Seems to me too many players are getting injured in training of late. Are the sessions maybe a little too intense?
