Not sure how heavy they are and how pratical this is but could the Warrior Girls not use the flags at varying points in the game so you maximise their use? IIRC, you already have more than you have fans willing to hold them up / 'waive'(?) them. Perhaps als organise a procession a few minutes before Wigan come out around the perimeter of the pitch.
I can understand the potential issues re flares/fireworks but if you can do it without upsetting most people/keeping to H&S/Safety rules then they can add 'colour' to an event.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Drums are great if the person with the drum can play it, not if they just bang on and on in the same monotonous rythym.tonyteastain wrote:Good idea re flags, I really miss the drums big time, they really add to the noise, would love to have them back!!!

Good idea by cpwigan btw just stay clear of smoke boms/flares etc... everything else like singing etc is good... swearing doesn't bother me, was singing that stuff aged 5 in the Poplar stand

Flares etc are a definite no-no...we have enough trouble with jobsworth stewards as it is! (The smoke bomb at HKR wasn't us, it was some random chav AFAIK.)cpwigan wrote:Not sure how heavy they are and how pratical this is but could the Warrior Girls not use the flags at varying points in the game so you maximise their use?
