The club is better off without fans like WNAC. WNAC got what they wanted and still jumps ship. Says a lot. :sly:

Maybe he was really ian millward and now ian's our head coach he doesnt have to ask for betts to be sacked anymore its all suddenly making sense, now he's just trying to get rid of his new bosses.
I think fickle would be an understatement when referring to WNAC, does anyone understand what goes on in his mind? He gets his wish and becomes a pathetic....well whatever floats your boat.

Its such a shame that someone with the obvious knowledge of our great sport has decided to sign off in such a fashion! Oh well no loss, as like stated before, he is the kind of supporter we dont need! Like the thousands that turn up each week I have been disappointed by our results but not once have I even thought about tearing or giving up my season ticket! Bye Bye WNAC a shame but you wont be missed!!!

To those fans who decided they couldnt possibly live with millward, you'll be glad to know that on GMR it ha been said we have "fickle fans" as if things weren't bad enough we're now being labelled because of the select few who dont agree with the appointment of milly.

For "fickle" read passionate. It is bound to divide opinion. We have though acquired a coach at our hour of darkest need who has pretty much the best record in team building and success against the odds in the game. That will do for me.

As I have stated before, I am a sports fan who has played and watched sport for over 50 years, but from this moment I AM NOT A WORRIORS supporter, I shall be spending by hard earned cash on a Latics Season Ticket, and will return my Warriors ticket immediately.
It has been said before in this thread but it is ironic that you post this on the day you get your wish?

Do you wish you had held fire or have you been all along a Latics fan with no interest in RL at all?

I have been contributing to and reading this site for some time now, this is my last post, neither shall I visit this site again !

Never in my life have I come across such a near sighted bunch of so called sports fans. Your views on the Warriors are totally biased towards the inane.

Anyone wishing to show some passion is pilloried and abused, I hope you all enjoy your tickle tackle on 'so called' rugby matters, and learn to see both side of an article or discussion, when you grow up !

I shan't be watching the Warriors, as along with many of my fellow supporters, I am sickened at what is happening to the Team. Everyone is aware of my feeling towards the Management team, but I supposed you deserve them, as your apathy will only serve to enable them to continue uninterupted for as long as they wish, or untill the whole thing fall about around them (you) !

No doubt many of you will be relieved, some may not be, but I believe you get what you deserve, and you lot, and the dumpties under the charge of Doris, deserve each other and nothing else.

Bye, Bye.

About time!!!! Drinks on me! Ive been waiting for him to leave for ages.WNAC i knew all along that you wernt a warriors fan you moan like hell when you dont get your own way and you moan like hell when you do get your own way. Lets see how long the latics fans can take your sad pathetic posts for!

Good bye and dont come back! (If I was the person in the ticket office I would joyfully accept your ticket)

the reason he is leaving is because his work here is done! he was correct in the veiw that dennis wasnt up to the job and we did need a coach. i feel sorry we have lost a person who is not afraid to give his opionion. there are to manny people who will go along with the popular option so not to stand out. he will be missed and the board will not be such a lively place without his sometimes outrageouse opinions! hope you change your mind w.n.a.c. but you are entitled to your say.

I wonder if the select majority (and I do believe it was the majority) who thought Betts wasn't doing a good job were labelled fickle as well?
