Well, I don't think its the case I was talking of earlier but yesterday's paper 'outed' a young woman who had a 7 month affair with a 'household name and well known family man'.
The player in question is believed to have obtained a 'Super Injunction'. This means that, not only can his details not be released, but a reporter could find himself in jail for even investigating the matter.
There are believed to be some 20 of these issued and I think it stinks as it amounts to a different rule of law for the wealthy. Its especially wrong when it can protect the anonymity of a 'Very high ranking Civil Servant' involved in child abuse.
This flies in the face of Common Law whereby ' Not only must justice be done, it must be seen to be done!'

Listening to Radio5 live earlier on way home they were discussing it and a caller 'Mike' from somewhere (forgot) asked that if he was having an affair and didn't want the town to know can he get a superinjunction.

My guess is a scouser currently out with a groin injury that may have a baby on the way to a 16 year old girl who is not his wife.

I'll get the thumbscrews out shall i? ha ha.. seriously they are so arrogant, and the girls who hang around them have no respect, just pounds shillings and pence signs rolling round in their eyeballs
