"Anyway, the team are looking sharp, sweat pouring out of them, doing some circuits and a few moves in the back lines, anyway gotta go, catch you later"

Haha, so from the sounds of that the team are looking sharp- he does have a keen eye for rugby also so I'll take his word for it.
He also said that he spoke to Coley, and Coley has told him he will be playing this Friday. As well as informing me that Hock was present at the training ground too.
Rather uplifting news for me, its made a bad day brighter!
