Surely IL wouldnt be so stupid as to insult Shaun Wane by picking Sculthorpe to assist Ricky Stuart, if Stuart is coming to the DW.

I agree. Won't help player recruitment for next season either delaying things either.

Shaun Wane needs to be give the gig on the same wages Maguire is on. That's fair because Maguire was an assistant coach stepping up to 1st grade.

If as CPW has alluded to previously IL is trying to get SW on the cheap, well I would less than impressed.

When Mr Lenegan took over the club & held the first fans forum at the Deanery, he promised to keep the fans informed of everything that was going on at the club unlike the previous regime!

That soon fell by the wayside

We get rumour & speculation from all avenues but never get anything concrete from the club until it is "old news" that they eventually decide to tell us tell us which we have already found out for ourselves through other means!

We are in the process of recruitment for next year just nothing is public, you know Lenegan. I am sure also that Maguire is helping out with recruitment and evaluating where this team needs to strengthen.

Exactly my thoughts. He is a shrewd businessman, a Wigan lad and a Warriors fan. When he has gone public in the past, he has not disappointed. Lest we forget, he foisted an unknown, unproven assistant NRL coach on us 2 years ago and boy did we moan!

Leave him to it sez I. He has yet to disappoint!
