Re: Gareth Thomas
Everytime i have seen him he has been a complete liability in defence for Crusaders. Why would Wigan want to sign him , even Carl Pryce managed to score a few tries against him .
2002 and EW is hooked

Re: Gareth Thomas
Do you honestly believe SW or more importantly,IL would allow that to happen?.I for one hope IH does happen.BTW Stains can keep PS.josie andrews wrote:I hope he doesn't come here. I also hope that if Iestyn Harris does come, he doesn't do a Noble & bring a load of fellow team mates in a Jobs for the Boyos !!!
Re: Gareth Thomas
A worrying link would be IL having an article this week stating League clubs need to sign more Union players. IL does a good job but lets not forget this is the man who stood up at a forum and said Karl Pryce was world class. He knows far more about business and money than RL.

This is one of those rumours that's so worryingly abstract it could be true!. I think Thomas should go to wignes, i cant see any place for him in our squad, id much rather we spent time looking for a class centre to unlock the full potential of charnley, thats not a dig at joel who's done a job but its a specialist position
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure

I'm not sure about the details regarding the appointment of Bitcom but I understood it to be an appointment of IL.
Lets face it CP thats why you employ a coach-MM was also an IL appointment.
Whilst I enjoy my rugby I do not profess to have an indepth
knowledge of the game to the extent you do.

Re: Gareth Thomas
Surely IL doesnt think bringing Thomas to the DW would be a good business move by putting bums on seats.
Thomas is a better harpist than a Rugby League player.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Gareth Thomas
Its not someone who I would chose to sign and nor would I know where he will be played but obviously there must be some truth in this!
Hmmm maybe we are getting rid of Karl Pryce and Signing Thomas in his place to put out on loan at Quins?!?!?
