Leave it to your successor to blood the youngsters who should be taking us into 2012.
And good luck at the Bunnies!
Couldn't have said it better, especially about blooding youngsters.

Harsh but true. 2010 was a breath of fresh air after Noble. 2011 was about Madge not Wigan.

Maybe as I argued at the time if a coach says he is leaving especially so soon into a deal you need to put him on gardening leave as soon as possible.

So did I and got moaned at with the focus of the discussion being whether he had a three year deal with an option to leave after two or a full three year deal. In other words the simple technicalities and if he had stuck to the letter of is agreement that was all fine regardless of anything that him wanting out said about his commitment to the team or the effect it may have. There seems a few of us who believe his approach was affected by this being his last year here to the detriment of this and next season.

You are presuming the team would have been better without Madge. Big presumption.
