A Good Note Yesterday Josh

Post by GBH »

What a star awesome winger and now his kicking has come on leaps and bounds, compared to when he was covering for Pat last year he's 100% better.

I'm not saying it was malicious, but it looked bad from where i was sat. He seemed to catch him right on the chin, and really seemed to throw the elbow.

Can't believe the linesman or referee didn't see it and either punish or put on report. The again, there was a lot they didn't see yesterday.

Positives from Widnes

Post by EJC »

Besides the defeat, were there any positives to be taken from the Widnes match? Particularly in terms of the 4 players makind their debut. Obviously SW has been criticised for fielding too weak a team but how did the young lads/Gelling actually do? Did they look out of place? Did they look promising?

The weather was warmer than last week at the DW.
They had Guinness in the bars.
Their programme was bigger than ours.
No other positives. I could have cried!!!!!

That so many more people joined the website since the match, I've never seen so many users with less than 10 posts.
