Wigan v Leeds

Post by Kittwazzer »

Half time 30-20 and every one of their tries has come from a Wigan error. Still reckon we can come back and do this!

COME ON WIGAN!!!!!!!

Got to get our defence better, cut out the errors and keep the ball. The rest should take care of itself.

Ok Leeds got some shocking decisions but IMO they wanted it more than our players today.

Can't believe we save one of worst defensive performances for our biggest match of the season to date.

We were poor, Leeds played well, best Leeds player was Thaler, RFL got what they wanted!

Worst performance in many years and to put an injured Charnley up against the best left side winger in SL was a huge mmistake and they took full advantage of it.

Granted that Thaler was poor, but our defence was dire especially that 1st half.

Will just have to roll our sleeves up and win the GF at OT instead.

Two poor errors early doors by Sam and a couple of dodgy decisions re the forward pass and the ball steal on our line didn't help us, but what really cost us the match was not having Tommy available. It doesn't just affect us by losing one of our halves, but also loses us the best loose forward in the country by moving Lockers to stand-off. I would have preferred to give Williams a start than move Lockers.

Leeds deserved the win, but I don't think we were that far behind even with one of our worst performances of the year.

Two awful decisions cost us 12 points. On another day with, even with the same performance, I think we could have won that.

Just need to pick ourselves up and respond suitably. Got to win Super League now, criminal not to with a team this good.

Leeds were the better team, but to have 18 points given against you from reffing errors is very hard to stomach. I'm sick and tired of the bloody dire ref's we have in our game.
