Re: Salford Game Moved
You are right Kitt, there is no way Latic's alone could support the DW. I really enjoy coming to the DW, it's a smashing little stadium, but like others I get the feeling we are treated as second class citizens. Next thing will be that tosser Lineker banging on again, and again and again about the rugby spoiling the turf. Hey ho, God bless the Premier League and all the parasites that feed off it.

I know its churlish to point this out but the football season hasn't yet started and Latics are already bottom of the league!

That Blue and white shite have led a charmed life in the top division the sooner they are relegated the better
Wigan is and always will be a town of Cherry & White

This game isn't on Sky!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Salford Game Moved
A couple of observations should Latics get relegated. Firstly they play more games in the championship which increases the chances of fixture clashes plus has a negative impact on the playing surface. Secondly, despite the increase in number of games I suspect there would be an increase in the stadium costs that would be passed on to the Warriors. I agree that the current situation is not ideal and the uncertainty around when we can and can't host home games does not help but perhaps you need to be careful what you wish for.

Correct. With their Sky money, we get a good deal at the DW!Seinfeld79 wrote:A couple of observations should Latics get relegated. Re: Salford Game Moved
I have heard a rumour that the match has been moved for a hybrid match with Saracens and that Mr Wane is not impressed.
I always knew that I liked this place, you don't have to look to far to find a friendly face, I feel alive when I'm walking on this street, I feel the heart of this city pounding underneath my feet, yeah if the world keeps spinning round and round this is were it all goes down, down, down, THAT'S WHY I LOVE THIS TOWN!.
