Knee/quad injury I'm hearing has ruled Sam out tonight, should we win may also miss the final.
Would explain why murphy is in the squad!
Merged & Moved to Rumour Mill - already a thread about this
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Not for nothing, but why wasn't this mentioned as a worry when Murphy was named in the squad?

I'm beginning to wonder if we are all being used as part of Wane's mind games?

Once was, a coach would announce to the press mid-week that X was struggling to get fit for a game. With all the social networking now available, its easy to leak a bit of misinformation knowing it will do the rounds!

FWIW, Sam tweeted Karl Pryce at 10 this morning:

@hightower22 i was shocked when i looked in the mirror ha. my Mohawk doesn't look quite as good 1st thing .... http://t.co/i6c628ep

Does that seem like a lad devastated by the prospect of missing out on the biggest game of the year!
