Dean Bell has tapped up H for when his contract runs out. One hell of a price to pay for the Gelling 'favour' IMO!

There is also an 'exclamation mark' if you wish to complain/report on a topic
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: New Rumours
If they're only talking about when H's current contract expires, then the Gelling referral has nothing to do with it. As disappointing as it is to see a good player leave, it's been happening for over 100 years and will continue to happen in the future.Kittwazzer wrote:Dean Bell has tapped up H for when his contract runs out. If Bell has spoken to H already, then there's nothing wrong with that. It's not as if he's trying to get him to renege on his contract, a la Madge did with some players.

True, but he's got inside knowledge of which players to cherry pick having been involved with the club for all those years!Sutty wrote: If Bell has spoken to H already, then there's nothing wrong with that. Re: New Rumours
you don't need inside knowledge to know the quality of some of our players, you can see enough of them through the media. H is a class player who would be able to hold his own in the NRL in my opinion.Kittwazzer wrote:True, but he's got inside knowledge of which players to cherry pick having been involved with the club for all those years!Sutty wrote: If Bell has spoken to H already, then there's nothing wrong with that.
