Hock to Parramatta?

Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

Hock to Parramatta?

Post by DaveO »

According to Bobby Goulding who tweeted this at 6:55 pm today:

"My contacts in aus tell me Gareth hock signed for parramatta eels 4 year contract signed today"

He also tweeted he thought Wigan got a fee in response to his information being questioned.

That does make me suspicious as I can't remember the last time any player moved to OZ for for that matter the other way for a transfer fee. The international transfer market has been dead for years.

Bill Ashurst to Penrith is the only one I can think of immediately!

World Class player with the right head.

Sad if true... that alone puts us down as an average side next year.

Also, Bobbie Goulding has twitter followers?

And the “kind of rugby player you’d want to be in your dreams” James Leytham

Quite a few it seems. This was first posted on rlfans so I "followed" him myself to see what he was saying (that is my excuse and I am sticking to it).

It seems he reckons he is in the know on player movements and there are numerous tweets about goings on at Windes, Saints and other clubs.

I'll believe it when it happens, if it happens.

On the other hand as IL got someone else in mind??

Interesting to read it being discussed on Twitter between Bilko, Phil Wilkinson and Piggy!
