Has anyone heard if the club is giving a trial to Luke Adamson who left Salford at the end of last season. I was under the impression that he had signed for Bath RU.

He did sign for BAth but he seems keen to come back to league - no idea about him having a trial with us but he did say he hoped to go back to Salford now the takeover has happened as he thinks he was only canned as part of cost cutting at the end of last season

Not good enough. Better to give Burke and others experience.

He had a very good 2011 but nowhere near as prominent in 2012. Whether that was due to injury, loss of form or turmoil at Salford I'm not sure. He only played 15 games last season. I don't see any harm in giving him a trial, the only problem is where's he going to play under the current dual reg rules?

what do you mean? he would play for us if selected or a lower team on dual reg if wanted. The dual reg rules don't restrict players based on age and he isn't an overseas player.
