Looks like we are getting into the silly season again with 'I have had it on good authority' or 'someone in the know has told me' etc.

While we are at it, could the Powell be Clive Powell (Georgie Fame) as he was quite a decent winger as a Junior!

I hadn't heard the Hughes rumour, but from a very good source yesterday Gareth Hock will join Brian Noble at Salford next season.
