Completely agree. He is utter garbage.

I have never rated him and have said so often enough so this isn't a reaction to one poor game either.

They were the two worst players by miles IMO.
Powell is poor as well way too lightweight. Really not sure whats happened too Mossop either same time as last year too he was anonymous tonight.

Hampshire IS NOT A FULLBACK.
No he's not but the writing is on the wall Wane has him penciled in for no. 1 IMO. There is always talk of FB being different these days but even so he's just not big enough but he is potentially a very dangers half back.

He didn't do much wrong tonight and can take some credit from the game unlike most players.

Talylor did very well and was easily our best forward.

I thought Hampshire showed a lot of effort running the ball out but just isn't big enough to break tackles. He was not good enough at the end of the day in the no. 1 position but it wasn't due to being a poor player. I think he was on a bit of a hiding to nothing. I am more concerned about players like Green who are supposed to be established first team players.

I thought rather foolishly after last weeks game that we would see something from Lauaki mainly a being a prop forward. How utterly wrong can one man possibly be. The guy is an utter bloody liability and should never be allowed to pull on these famous colours ever again.I am and always have been proud to put my colours on even though I am only a speccy. But this complete and utter waste of space is getting paid to pull on this famous shirt. How bloody dare he.I can see this clown being given a starting position in the cc at the expense of other more deserving players.Whilst Gelling is frustrating most of the time.He at least seems to want to give it a go sadly he just lacks the execution at times.Infact he has more go forward than Lauaki.

I always remember that someone on here (sorry can't remember who) commented on Luaki when he played his first game for Hull that he was "swatting players off like flies….brilliant."

God only knows where that player has gone.

Green is the big worry for me. Looked completely out of sorts last night.

Powell is a good prospect but like any half back is only as good as his pack as was proved last night when their pack outplayed our pack and made their half backs, especially Robinson look like world beaters. As for Green, he has not been the same player since he came back from injury and at the end of the day, Hampshire is a Stand Off and not a full back.

Lauaki at least gave himself a platform to improve on from last week where although he didn't do as much as people thought, he didn't do anything wrong. Last night he threw all that away. He was gassed after 5 mins. Did nothing right. He played himself out of Wembley regardless of whether he gets a ban.

Not sure where people having a go at Powell comes from. One big mistake from a penalty ( I thought Grix's toes were on line though) and he showed he was slower on the turn than a full back in forward motion. Other than that he did well IMO. He squared up a defender before passing almost every time he had the ball, something Green and Smith haven't been doing of late.

Hampshire was out of position in defence loads I thought, and attack he wasn't where our structure would expect on times too. If Wane is insistent in playing him at full back someone needs to get teaching him how to defend there. Too often he goes running into the line when he job is telling defenders in the line to cover that space. Too often he isn't where he should be when short kicks are put through too - his speed can make up for it sometimes, but not every time. He hasn't shown development as a full back despite playing a number of games there now. Maybe he can't make that switch as well as others.
