I think players have a right to criticise what is going on, Mcnamara is an awful coach

I doubt the whole truth will come out but the RFL intimated plural rather than a single act. One can suggest / surmise that no show was the final act in a group where something is clearly wrong and not down to solely one player. The collective group were shambolic v Italy, I would suggest that a chain of events then took place culminating in the no show.

What a MESS

Now that Wane has proved himself as a Coach, it looks like McNamara is now the new target for abuse.

But McBanana deserves it :sly:
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

England team? Surely Mcm means Yorkshire team. Of the 19 I worked out 13 are from Yorkshire and 5 starters play for Leeds. What's going on? Leeds did nothing all season. Goulding and M Smith should be in the squad and not because they play for Wigan but are currently the form backs in their respective spots. So to ensure he gets all his Leeds pals in, he even puts two of them out of position rather pick an elite squad that was fit for purpose in the first place.

What makes me laugh is that there are 5 Leeds lads in this 19 and between them they won just one play off game (Just) against an average Saints side and never even made a semi in the CC, nor the grand final.

Form counts for nowt in this clowns eyes.

Is it me or would you not pick form players/club combinations if you didn't have a stand out player in that position?

For example, we have relatively weak centres and a player who's not a scrum half in a million years. So to me you look at the champion side this year and think 'wait a minute, I've got an English spine here and the most prolific centre/wing combination in the league so that's who I will go with as I haven't got a cooper cronk or Inglis'. They will know each others game inside out which will give me a head start.

9. Mcilorum
13. Lockers
7. Smith
3. Goulding
2. Charnley
1. Tomkins

You can them play your 'stars' round that.

That's my logic anyway.
