Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

The name "moon under water" is taken from George Orwell, can't remember which one, it's the name given to the perfect pub.
Tim Martin adopted it for the name of a lot of wetherspoons pubs, unless there was an obvious one

Not a fan of Wetherspoons. They have been done for operating a dual pricing policy. We called in their Chester one on race day and I spotted that 'regulars' were paying less than tourists for their ale!josie andrews wrote:Wouldn't know KittKittwazzer wrote:There's one in Manchester but I think the others are further south!Lazy J wrote:The name "moon under water" is taken from George Orwell, can't remember which one, it's the name given to the perfect pub.
