Paul Prescott - Official Coach package to Workington

Post by Gezza48 »

As you all know, Paul's testimonial game is taking place up in Workington on Sunday 26th January. Shaun Wane's promise of a strong line-up means that this will very likely be the first opprtunity to see Matty Bowen, Eddy Pettybourne and the other new signings in action.

His Testimonial Committee are considering putting together a coach package which will include your match ticket, coach travel which will include a stop at a couple of good pubs en route in Cumbria. After the match, bar facilities will be available at Derwent Park with an appearance by Paul and a couple of members of the squad.

Obviously, this will be subject to numbers but we are looking at approximately £30.
At this stage, we would like to gauge interest in this idea.

For those on Twitter, please be aware that Paul's Testimonial Twitter account is now up and running. @PPTestimonial 14 Get following. Web-site to follow.

Made it a sticky :)
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

The match ticket / coach package for Preccy's Testimonial is available now at the DW ticket office. Simply ask for the Workington package. If you already have a match ticket you can book the coach separately for £15.

Don't forget, after the match bar facilities are available and you can meet Paul and a couple of the players. The coach will be leaving Workington about an hour after the game ends.
