I feel sure Arsenal fan's are well aware of the way to Wembley seeing that they go there regular to watch England.
They must feel like real idiots now you've pointed this out.
“Usually the fans that abuse players like Sam have never done anything of any note themselves. They’re nobodies, whose greatest claim to fame is abusing someone who has, and these so-called ‘Eddie the Experts’ pretend to their mates that they have."

Was also a bit surprised about the order of our penalty takers. Hopefully Latics will be back at Wembley in the play off final. :eusa2:
A poor Arsenal side but only to be expected in view of them playing in mid week in a game they have got to win in order to secure any chance of a place in a European competition, which these days is more important than the FA Cup Competition. Any success in that is now a bonus to the bigger club's and a reason they do not select their best team in the competition.

I am also incline to think that if Arsenal had played their best team, the game would not have gone to extra time and then penalties as they would have scored from the numerous chances they blew.

I think Arsenal looked far better with 2 advanced strikers. I felt Powell was poor for Wigan as were all the subs.

I grew up in Wigan and now live in Essex. I was lucky enough to get a ticket to the match and after getting off the train into London, I was actually asked the best way to Wembley by a group of Gooners. They were being serious, but a good laugh was had by all!
