Josie, you need to be more careful as a lot of our supporters are also supporters of United. In fact more than support the Latic's.josie andrews wrote:Yes I know it was tongue in cheek ????Whelley Warrior wrote:The Rugby League supporters who also support a football club.josie andrews wrote:Who cares![]()

It was a joke which appeared to be lost on you :exc:
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Do you think they are going to stop being friends with me because of a sarcastic remark? I think notWhelley Warrior wrote:Josie, you need to be more careful as a lot of our supporters are also supporters of United. Well I've no interest in any football team but I'm following this thread with something bordering on an irrational curiosity as to how CPW will lay the blame for United's sorry demise on Shaun Wane. Did anyone see Shaun and Alex having a drink together after last year's Grand Final?cpwigan wrote: :lol1: Not talking to you anymore Josie Andrews. Just wait until play time!![]()

I suspect that as a United supporter, he will not be very pleased about Sir Alex having a drink with his John Dorahy Mk 2.Kittwazzer wrote:Well I've no interest in any football team but I'm following this thread with something bordering on an irrational curiosity as to how CPW will lay the blame for United's sorry demise on Shaun Wane. Re: Who will win the Premier League?
Uniteds demise is remarkably similar to that of the Busby era. Manager stayed too long and remained in the background, youth system declined, several players allowed to age and not adequately replaced, too many changes from the top boardroom management to onfield management in a very short time period, resulting in the club going backwards. Hopefully, a new manager and lessons learned will see something like the past 2 decades return. The longer the downslide occurs the longer it will take to get back to where Utd belong.Whelley Warrior wrote:I suspect that as a United supporter, he will not be very pleased about Sir Alex having a drink with his John Dorahy Mk 2.Kittwazzer wrote:Well I've no interest in any football team but I'm following this thread with something bordering on an irrational curiosity as to how CPW will lay the blame for United's sorry demise on Shaun Wane. I grew up watching failing Utd teams and some amazing Liverpool / Everton / Forest / Villa / Ipswich teams. I hope the rise back to the top will be sooner than any of those (some never achieved it)
Re: Who will win the Premier League?
Anyone but Liverpool.
But to be fair I dont really care, coming from Newcastle I know the Toon are not going to win anything and Im not really fussed
