Local manufacturer for local team shirts

I think it would be great to have locally produced wear. Made and sold by local people for us to wear when we support our local team. Isnt Ellgren made in wigan by wigan people?? correct me if I am wrong. A deal paying local people or the cash comin right back into the team

I always liked the Ellgren kits we had throughout
the 80s. They were classics, and really good quality. You could actually play a bit in a replical, and they sold the double stiched full match shirts as well.

Ellgren would be a fine shirt manufacturer for Wigan.

a great wigan player of the past now coaching at st george can often be seen on sky sports wering his wigan ellgren coat whilst sat on the touchline, so they are obviously built to last

What a guy,i always liked Farrar
He also has loads of pics of Central Park on the walls of his pub.Great to know he liked his time here.He was the guy who convinced Matty Johns to come to Wigan.
BTW,i too have the old Ellgren tracksuit top with 'The Power' on the back and i used it when i was a coal man!! Its still going strong even after all those bags on my back!
