Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

There was something on Sky Sports a few months ago about Eddie and Bill Arthur both being diagnosed with prostate cancer in the past twelve months, hopefully it is nothing linked with that and that I'm way off and its perhaps a break but it seems strange for the lead presenter/commentator to not appear for several weeks in the middle of the season with no explanation

Was going to ask the same question myself, does seem strange and Eddie and Stevo tend to not be missing at all during the RL season. Much as he irritates me as a commentator I hope he is ok and Sky have clearly taken a lead from the Wigan management and are saying nothing but I suppose that's fair enough in a way because it's not really any of our business

Get well soon.

Well if he has been diagnosed he has my sympathy and best wishes that he has successful treatment.

As a sufferer of cancer twice myself it is a grim time for all involved

Get well soon.

The fact he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer is 100% fact as there was a segment on Men United a few months back before one of the games where bill and eddie both told of how they had been diagnosed with it.

They took on support of Men United and you can see all the gang wear the badges on the matches.

the worrying thing is that was a while back now so hopefully its unrelated as it might indicate he's took a turn for the worse, or he could simply be undergoing treatment and not feel up to working.

Either way wish him and his family well

He was back on Boots 'n,All and looked very wel and positive so maybe he is OK.
Hope so for him and Bill and anybody else who suffers. Not nice.
