Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

New coaching staff

Post by jimmybob2006 »

There is a reshuffle going on in the backroom staff at Wigan Warriors. Expect the appointment of a well-known figure to their coaching team in a senior role in the next week or two. No names, but he is a successful international coach who has led teams at Super League, Championship and Championship One level and has ties to the Warriors. He is also currently working at one of Wigan’s biggest and nearest rivals.
Gavin Willacy

Who can it be?????

the only name I can think of that would come close to matching that is Steve McCormack, he was linked to a role at the club last year after the world cup but nothing came of it

No but they have both been International coaches & coached at a lower level, have links with Wigan and are connected to near super league clubs. And to throw one in the pot Andy Farrell
