Gary Schofield ???????
Utter tosh. I forget his name, the prope had was pretty poor but won 2 CC medals.
Not calling anyone rubbish just replying to a thread the team played their hearts out tonight with 12 men but it seems if anybody but the usual posters on here have an opinion they are pilloried for having an opinion and I find that very sad

Rubbish
If it's individual sport that is true, but not in a team sport. The team wins nothing, the individual wins nothing, no matter how good the individual is. There are lots of really average players in rugby league who've won medals on the back of a team performance.
16 of them got one today......I'll leave out Roby because he deserved it

Jonathon Thurston never won a Grand Final and has just been named the joint NRL Player of the Season, with Jaryd Hayne (whose described as a world beater!). Wouldn't call him a bad 'un, would you ?

Bowen has had fantastic Kangaroos Full Backs to contend with, such as Darren Lockyer, Billy Slater and Greg Inglis, World Superstars in front of him. Other top class Aussie FB's have had the same misfortune to be around at the same time as these players. It doesn't make them any less a class act !
