So what is your point?

RL is a team sport, team doesn't win, you get nowt, doesn't make you a bad player.

You are hung up on a pointless argument that proves absolutely nothing. Your franticly googling your points like it proves that Bowen is poor player. Clearly he isn't; he's a SOO and Kangaroo representative player, and twice the NRL's leading try scorer.

You are arguing a total nonsense

Yeah your probably right. He lead the club in tackle busts this year, was fourth for tries scored, third on try assists.

I agree it was pretty bad, he's been bad all year :eusa17:

Why do you folks always want to blame someone? We lost; just get over it, move on

I would never say Bowen was a bad player, let's us down, lacks credentials but his performance today was not as good as he can produce or as good as I expect from him. However, he was not to blame for the defeat but I want more from him next season because I think he is better than what he has shown so far or at least more consistent!!

As Wigan fan's, it shouldn't matter what Bowen has done in the past, it is all about what he does at this club.

worst game he as played for us . He was a glory seeking idiot instead of passing that would have got us back in the game with a good chance. Roby mom your having a larf Farrell was best player on the pitch by a mile

He played in the best competition in the world for a decade, he played Origin several times and represented his country albeit once (better than 99.9%) and you have the temerity to suggest he is not a big game player
phild=origin comp.hardest rugby I've watched Bowen did play and that speaks volumes for the man,but afraid can't live in the past :(

Farrell was immense but they would never give the MOM to a losing player!!

Bowen has played well in most games, but his worse games have been the ones that mattered, especially the ones that involved winning a trophy like the world Club Championship and the Grand Final.

For that reason together with his age etc, I am inclined to agree that it might be worth playing Sarginson at Full Back with Thornley at Left Centre.
