Warriors Ask Fans for Feedback
Wigan Warriors are asking fans for their help and feedback as the Club looks to create a new website ahead of the new season.
The Club are currently in the process of finalising project details for the new site, with the Marketing and Media Department scouring the world for best and next practices. Additionally we would like to hear feedback from our fans which will help us in its development, allowing us to build an exciting and innovative site, but one which also provides the features and functionality expected by regular users.
As well as feedback on the current site, good and bad, we also want to hear your ideas on structural and functionality improvements as well as content.
The new site will be built and tested during the close-season ready for launch ahead of the exciting new era for Super League which launches in 2015.
To provide feedback please complete the Contact Form by [clicking here].
Please note: Whilst we will take all comments on board, unfortunately we will be unable to respond individually or answer specific questions posed through this feedback form.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Don't they ever read these pages or Cherry and White. Just giving the supporters some genuine up to date info instead of rumours and heresay would be a start.
It'll be like Wigan TV, subscribe or sod off.

Wigan TV is faultless, isn't it? I'm more than happy with it.

It could be significantly better SC but it is very good nonetheless.sc74 wrote:Wigan TV is faultless, isn't it? I'm more than happy with it.

I agree CP, but for £10 for 3 months I can't imagine much more. Maybe faster uploads of full games, but I think that's down to rights ownership, if I remember correctly. You can't even buy a CC Final or GF dvd for that price.
Re: Warriors Ask Fans for Feedback
The price is great value but I think the club have only scratched the surface in terms of using Wigan TV as a communication device between club and fans.sc74 wrote:I agree CP, but for £10 for 3 months I can't imagine much more. The time lag re games is due to SKY rights.

IMO Wigan t.v. is excellent value for money and with investment will get better. Personally I like to watch the academy games and the interviews with people like Bitcom.cpwigan wrote:The price is great value but I think the club have only scratched the surface in terms of using Wigan TV as a communication device between club and fans.sc74 wrote:I agree CP, but for £10 for 3 months I can't imagine much more. Isn't this thread missing the point, the survey is about improving the website not Wigan TV
No Money.... No Honey
Re: Warriors Ask Fans for Feedback
Does Wigan TV show all the games that aren't on SKY?
Re: Warriors Ask Fans for Feedback
Yes, it shows the SKY ones too after X days has elapsed.medlocke wrote:Does Wigan TV show all the games that aren't on SKY?
Cougar you are probably right but Wigan TV is also part of the website too and the tangent is not a bad area to discuss.
