For a start I'm not a wane out merchant however he was quick to blame the poor performance on his players.
We start the season with Sean o'loughlin and are shit. He's out for several weeks and we claw ourselves back up thevsuperleague.
Wane brings him back last week and we witness one on one rugby and a side with no clue, Off goes SOL and we win comfortably. Fast forward to tonight and SOL starts ( remember folks places according to Wane Are on merit) and we witness mis thrown passes missed tackles etc what does Wane do....... Nothing
We were Shite tonight but our whole play changes whenSOL plays.
Great servant but Wane MUST stop starting with him.
The fault of tonight's loss lies firmly with the blinkered Mr Wane
Wane
Re: Wane
Well I never hid my view on Wane. Pre season we were told slight adjustments to the lauded Wane ball were being made so tiny we would not even notice. Recently that changed miraculously to when we had a few wins that we had made massive changes and it had taken this long to evolve and was now perfect. Wane is a jackass!
Last season bombed out CC, this season bombed out the CC, last season bombed out GF, this season? If we bomb out again that will be 2 empty seasons with the best squad, best facilities, best backup staff all led by a donkey.
I have said it enough Waneball is not consistent; you destroy teams one week get beat by them the next week. At its best it looks great but as something to be failsafe it is a disaster. It was the same when Widnes and Saints tried these magical RL ideas. Gullible fans who defend him because he is a Wiganer hang your heads in shame.
Wane is hurting Wigan RLFC, do one ASAP you have been here too long already!
**I've edited out your insults. Just because you are discussing the coach, & not another member, it's still offensive - Josie

Re: Wane
I have to agree,Lockers is coming to the end of his time as a player,i said last week i wouldnt have started with him and for tonight i wouldnt have started with him either use as an interchange not as a starter now,he does have something to add to the team but he's fading force its a shame as he's a great servant but at some point a nettle must be grasped and youth given its head.walkdenwarrior wrote:For a start I'm not a wane out merchant however he was quick to blame the poor performance on his players.

Re: Wane
It's only Lockers second game back after 12 weeks out.
He's nowhere near match fit.
Tonight's loss was yet another away from home. We have a number of away days coming up so the next few weeks could be crucial for the season.
SW has to get this away form sorted soon or else the season will be gone.
