Is Wane the right man to coach Wigan?

Nobody in Britain with the possible exception of a handful of people have the qualities and know how to coach elite RL. I am not a RL coach of anything bar children but it is not hard to recognise Madge was an elite RL coach, Wane is not an elite RL coach.

Where is Madge now and why?

Obviously my vote is NO what say others?

I personally think he should be coach BUT this crazy policy of home grown players while admiral needs to be reviewed and amended to ensure it does not stifle the teams progression which imp is happening at the moment

Let me see he is coaching an NRL club to its first GF victory in decades. Anybody remember the charade of Wane going to the NRL to get a new contract from IL. where is Wane now?

Sorry been out of the country for 2 weeks might have missed one when we won the last few games.

All i will say just hope we do not end up with another Milward if he goes.

Agreed to a degree. It does seem that we have too many but for me only 1 or 2 is not good enough atm. Rocky struggles at times and Powell and Logan if on seems a bit out of their depth.

But Sutton, Crosby, Williams, Faz, SOL, MM, Joel, Burgess and Manfredi would walk into almost any side in SL. Rocky i excpect to be very good but FB is one of the most important roles in the game today and thats 1 place we struggle.

Its not that we rely on developed players but how many from that list do any side SL have better. NRL we can not compete with atm.

After all he out coached Tony Smith in 2013 and McDermott in 2013. Not a bad 2 coached to out coach in a final.

Think you missed my point cp, he is now back in the NRL because he is an elite coach just like all the other elite coaches are, as are the elite players!!
