Why was he missing last night?

Did he go over the handlebars on the canal bridge?
Whatever happened to Billy McGinty's pineapple?

Someone at the ground said as he clearly wasn't match fit last week he wasn't played this.

No idea if that is true.

He simply wasnt match fit last week was he,but lets be fair it does seem to be a trait of Wane's of just throwing players back into the fray without any sort of match fitness needed but it doesnt help of course with not having a reserve side to help with this sort of thing.

Strange that the 'fitness guru' doesn't stop this kind of thing from happening.
Potentially not good for team and/or player.

More likely to be match sharpness was the problem than overall fitness I would say.

He was puffing like thomas the tank engine at warrington though he simply was fit in my eyes
