We get a new poster with 'local knowledge' who's never watched rugby league before. He replies to a post and 10 minutes later another new poster from London who's never seen a rugby league game. What are the chances?

I travel to London reasonably frequently staying over at the Union Jack Club near Waterloo station which is only a ten minute ride from Milwall, and I was stationed reasonably close by for a period albeit 36 years ago. I don't live there, but I do know that Madam Tussaud's is near Regents Park and a long long way north of the river. You can drive past it any day of the week, and from before it opens, there are literally hundreds of people on the street queuing to get in

So I ask myself why someone who has 'local knowledge' would claim that one of London's biggest attractions has its home in Southwark?

Also, Bermondsey tube is around a mile and a half away from the ground and would only be a 12 minute walk if you run.

Exactly. I'm not an expert on London geography but I have been to the Globe pub on a few occasions before the Cup Final and am pretty sure Madam Tussauds is close to there!

I did point out the coincidence of the timing of the posting - and then there is another coincidence that you reply to a post aimed at someone else, and I think if you read back, you clearly said that you live in London.

First time I've sat through a Rugby League game last night thought it was great, todays was even better.

I live in London and fancy gong to the game at The Den but checked the prices which are quite high.

Do you have to be a member to qualify for a discount or can anyone get these tickets at a discounted price when they go on sale on 10th August?

Trust me, I'm a Millwall fan (have emotional & physical scars to prove it).

My family are from Walworth, but moved out to Kent in 1989.

I currently live in Sussex - I'm sure someone can confirm this using IP thingy...??!

The Madame Tussauds thing...yes, that's my stupidity. I've never been to the place...and haven't lived in Southwark for 26 years, since I was 10 in fact. Southwark is a big place. So it's not as if every time I've visited family in Walworth it's obviously is or isn't there. My mistake comes from the campaign they ran at The Den for a few years on the scoreboard - saying London Bridge, your gate way to the 'London Experience '...or something along those lines...which listed the dungeons, Tussauds etc as possible attractions - perhaps run by the same umbrella company???

I'm not sure what goes on in the land of Wigan RL for that stupid mistake to launch a whole conspiracy theory.

As for the walk from Bermondsey tube...ive done in under 15 minutes lots of times, I did say brisk, and I am over 6 foot tall, and know the back doubles probably a lot better than tourists. Back doubles is an old London expression for back roads - trying to demonstrate my genuine credentials here.
