Phone lines were busy at lunch time. I'm on coach 20. Now the standard coach size is about 50 I think, so that means I'm on the last coach...or they started at 20 or they were giving seats out at random.

Hi Paul
I have just checked on the website and it states that under 5's go free. I would double check
Thats what I thought....

I told them on the phone the first time, but they were adamant you had to pay for the london game as they are classing it as an away game. Anyway to ensure I got the seats I wanted I reluctantly paid. I then contacted them via Facebook and they said it was free. Great, so you ring the ticket office back who still say you have to pay. I email them through the Facebook comment from Wigan, and they finally give in. They now would you believe want me to take the original copy of my sons birth certificate to the DW to verify I have a 3yo son to get the ticket. What a complete farce :sly:

And what is all that apart from what I've already just said?

Glad you finally got sorted. I remember having to take the original birth certificate for my lad when he was under five.

Didn't you read that once all 20 coaches are full, the under floor luggage storage and overhead lockers will be filled on a first come first served basis ;-)

Sorted thanks to my dad going down to ticket office at 1 pm when they should have started selling the tickets. On coach 18. Website said 1500 tickets sold and a few free coach tickets were left at 4:45 pm so guess they will be gone now or shortly after the ticket office opens at 10 am tomorrow.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Amazing how many of those who condemned the staging of the game at Millwall are now actually going and not staying away on principle like many others.
