Ridiculous decisions all night.
How on earth did Leuluai stay on the field after kicking out and injuring Bowen? That wasn't a trip IMO that was a deliberate kick on an opponent and should have had a red card.
We all know what a trip is and that wasn't one.

As for the two tries, I voted incompetant.
I do not think refs are bent, they are just incompetant!

No option for BOTH?

After last nights decisions both on field and video decisions perhaps it's both.

I agree Jim, although arguably you could say they are competent at being bent!!

Both!

And when I saw Silverwood had been appointed for last nights game, I feared the worse and was proved right in my thinking.

Nice one TBW. It seems 'de roguer) these day to speculate on conspiracy theories; I can remember the Aussie Les Boyd remarking on a similar topic that the referees ( and by implication the Rfl) decide who will win the games. At the time I thought "What rubbish?" But I'm beginning to have doubts or is this just the raw disappointment of loosing to Leeds?

I am beginning to get the impression that the powers that be want Leeds to do the double so that Peacock and Sinfield go out in a blaze of glory.

No matter how we played last night, we had no chance of winning as proved by what took place with some of the one sided decisions by Silverwood & Co.

Going back years I have always felt that more often than not we have had to play the ref as well as the opposition.
But it is more than that after last night ,we have three officials on the field and I think two on the video, how can it be that they all got at least two of those try decisions so blatantly wrong.

I very rarely, if every, blame our losses on the officials, but last night it was obvious that Mr Silverwood was being guilty of being blatantly showing favour to the Rhinos. I do not need to to restate the incidents that have brought me to this conclusion.

I would like to think it was just incompetent officiating, but having re watched the game this morning it leaves me with the distinct feeling that some of those in charge of our game are intent on bring about the Champions they want, that being Leeds.

I would just like to add that the failure to convert tries did us no favours, whether it would have changed the outcome I very much doubt. Not taking advantage to gain as many points as possible has been a feature of our season.
