Did anyone see today's reports that Nathan Blacklock is looking for a move to Super League as from next year.

If Brett chooses to leave at the end of the season I think Blacklock would make a great replacement.

He's the sort of player who fans get a buzz from whenever they get the football.

he is a decent, exciting player.. but i think his talk is just to get a new upgaded deal at st george. that is the vibe i got from reading the article at the offical nrl site anyhow..

i hope we do sign someone ( excitment wise)like blacklock though if dallas does go..

I reckon you'd need several crowbars and thousands of pounds to get Blacklock away from the Dragons. I have to say, he reminds me lots of Billy Boston and his sizzling runs for the line but the way he's playing, he can smell an Aussie guernsey and that's all he wants. I'm more concerned at the moment about the Cherry and Whites playing rugby union when they shopuld be concentrating on beating the Australians at OUR game. Damn Murdoch and his TV extravanganzas. Cherry & Whites playing rugby union? Are you referring to Wigan Orrell RU or is there something you know I don't?

Hey nitsu, did I read wrongly, or has Des Seabrook been asked to help the Cherry and Whites with some union tips. I mean, Des is still with union, is he not? Happy to have got it wrong, if you're right.
