I'm an enormous Charnley fan but I think that might just be the best 17 we could put out next week. Larne Patrick would be the only query I think.

Sadly he's got more chance of a GF ring than Jack Hughes who is arguably more deserving!

Really I saw nothing from Budgie that put him above Charnley tonight. Very quiet apart from a couple of things. Still don't think he's fully back on form as I've not seen Budgie as unnoticeable as I he's been the last 3 weeks.

Bateman though..... wow how he isn't up for MOS I will never know

Budgie first try next week. Joe has got pace to burn and that worries teams. You have also got to remember that he is partnering a rookie.

The fact remains that they never win a meaningful game. Good over a season, terrible in the playoffs.
