Because the guy is a thug and i would not like him at this club,
How would you have felt jj if one Leon Pryce had been that star signing we have all been waiting for?.

Hmm, let me think about this....

How would I feel if we signed a 23 yr old regular GB international on a free transfer? :eh:

I would have been absolutely delighted for us to have signed Pryce. He is 23 years old and could (arguably) play for GB in positions 1 to 6. He is going to our fiercest rivals on a free transfer for 3 years, making them a lot stronger, hence the question - how is it good news for us?

And as for him being a thug, well he's not playing tiddleywinks. People at other clubs call Terry Newton a thug too, you know. I've yet to see Pryce do anything on a field as bad as Shaun Edwards on Bradley Clyde!!

OK Doug, I take your points on board, but if you don't rate Pryce, which GB players do you rate?

And I'll throw this pebble into the water too....

I believe he is to play stand off.....***jj runs for cover*** :)

Maters and Bailey are awful, Mathers is gutless in defence, Bailey in any other team would look so ordinary.

They're welcome to him. I'm just thankful we didn't sign him. He will be a good mate for Fozzard.

Thought Mathers fronted up well in the cup final and Bailey more than stood his own in the last Tri-Nations.

Pryce to me is very over-rated and Im more than overjoyed hes not signed with us, yes the guy can run but I find his defence woeful. Bailey can be a thug like so many can as said we are not playing tiddlywinks but he can be a demon in both attack and defence he really stood out for me in the tri-nations last year just a shame he seems to have reverted back a bit this year to giving away some silly penalties.
