Well I was pleasantly surprised on Friday with the win, and as a poor supporter I got as much pleasure as a top supporter did. Shame on me!!!
Who says you aren't? Who says I am? Who says anyone is?

I was just asking a question, I'm not doubting anyone's loyalty, support or position towards the club.

I read through all the threads & posts, I don't always, or find I have to, comment on any of them. Sometimes I just like to read others opinions.

I was asking 'Why' the difference in the amount of posts for a loss versus a win!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Why do you find the need 'quote' this post to remark on it when it obviously wasn't aimed specifically at yourself or anyone else, but was a general remark about the OP post

Think it's a good point cp - think many fans are actually starting to dislike rugby league, I certainly will hold my hands up and say I don't look forward to games like I used to

A lot of it has to do with (and I don't know if this is just idolising memories) but in the past teams would have injuries but 90% of the team was playing so you knew the players and it was strong squad vs strong squad

Lately it seems every team has 6-10 first team players out and it's a glut of unknown players in every game

Think the same I was sat there on friday thinking I am bored and turned to my son and said you know I don't enjoy this anymore. Is it me are clubs not interested in entertaining any more just seem to plod along till last 6 games of season.Having watched Wigan for well over 50 years I think I can say enertainment wise worst side I have seen. My answer to Josie's question WHY IS IT. Its because even tho they won nothing changed in the way they achieved this from when they lose completly boring the pants off fans.Would much sooner go and watch kids sunday mornings.

If it wasn't I apologise but beg to differ.
Furthermore the points scoring comment after yours verifies.

The last six games of the season thing is something that gets mentioned a lot.

Some fans mention it in the context of it doesn't matter how poor we play now so long as we are up there at the end we can still win the big prize.

Mathematically that is true but don't people want to be entertained on the way to any finals?

It's a bit like saying we must be good because we are joint top. We statistically that is what the stats say but anyone who has watched the games must know we look poor. When you were a kid you could use this in the playground as bragging rights with your mates but it's a bit of a head in the sand approach as an adult.

The standard of the NRL games is also mentioned a lot and how good it is to watch. Well clearly someone forgot to tell them the games they are playing now really don't matter, that they should not be so stupid by busting a gut to win games in the regular rounds and should save it all for the playoffs.

Josie,

I cannot control peoples paranoia and the fact I have had no interaction whatsoever with the poster but only you even though they quote my posts, clearly shows I want to leave it, cheers.
