No winger targeted yet?

Just seen the report where Waney is quoted as having said that he's not yet targeted a winger for next year. If the report is accurate, why not? Surely you have to start planning these things asap so as not avoid losing out on the best players available. Perhaps I'm missing the point somewhere but if we don't sign a very good winger our first 13 will be weaker next season. If this is the way that we plan for the future we may as well scrap all the rumours until the end of the season when other clubs have signed the good players and we'll then pick up the best(or cheapest) of what's left.

I'd say Wane's instinct will be to go with Tierney. He doesn't like players that aren't playing for Wigan, especially ones that don't need developing IMO.
