Fair enough, but could you elaborate because I'm somewhat confused on this matter.
I think you have to ask for permission to use extra players that are outside of the original 25 man squad, we had to do this due to our injuries. This wasn't special dispensation in terms of wages, just amount of players used.
What it tells you is all the excuses about not being able to sign anyone due having played those kids were a pile of poo.

That said as the guy is coming now and IF he can play as he did before he joined Canberra he will add just the sort of aggression our front row lacks. The sort of prop we need.

I just hope for his sake he negotiated his salary in $USD given he just got a 10% pay cut before he starts.

About time we had someone to assist Micky with an enforcer style role.

A significant % of his current 2016 salary will be paid by Canberra, costing very little this years. In the following two years Wigan will offload an existing prop bar the youngones (Surron and Bretherton)

Canberra have to offload FPN in order to sign the Eels hooker who has become available because Parra are over the cap and need to offload. It was now or never and Canberra needesd him off their books ASAP hence the early arrival and a tad like our Melnourne situation / signings.

Did he ever play for the Roosters as I seem to recollect seeing a picture of MM

Stood in front of him not taking a backward step, after a bit of handbags.

In the WCC? Could be wrong......nearly always am.

Yes he did. He was VERY very good for the Roodters(Sydney City). At Canberra it has not gone anywhere near as well.

Wait and see if he rediscovers his Roosters form. If he does, fantastic signing
