Sam pulled off two try scoring plays to turn what would have been an abject defeat into a glorious victory. He did just the same at Hull KR.

Very exciting stuff, but I worry that having to grind out so many of our victories this season will take its toll mentally and physically come the business end of the season.

It's a tough sport; fans of other SL sides are probably saying exactly the same thing, just like all clubs suffer injuries. Wigan are on a roll. We've shown we're got the spirit in abundance, and with a few more like Gells hopefully not too far away, we can look forward with confidence.
