Message to Ian Lenagan

Ian if you don't change the coaching tactics for next year sorry you are going to lose a lot of season ticket holders .The rugby that has been played this season is abysmal we are only third because the SL is so poor ,the message that is coming from the terraces is that a lot of people are not going to renew their season tickets next year .

ITS TIME

Post by ddtftf »

Its time for Smith to go and its time for Lenagan to realize that our team cannot open up a defense if we played for a week.

We are pathetic in attack and don`t have a clue how to open up a defense, this is a problem we have had all year and will not change until we get a quality coach.

Our backs spent all night acting like forward taking the ball up for the forwards, how many times did the wingers get a clear ball? never.

We will never win anything till we get a real coach and depart with Smith.

George to scrum half Jamie Soward to standoff ( he also is a goal kicker ) Maguire to come home please and bring big Sam Burgess with you.

The players put in 100% effort Mr Lenighan, something Mr Wane strives upon.
This alone seldom wins you matches in important occasions.
It's been over two years since Wigan have been devoid of any attacking ideas, and consequently devoid of any silverware.
Please open your eyes to the real issues Mr Lenighan.

3 years was draconian but there is a lot to be said for changing coaches quite frequently.

Even Madge is perhaps showing he should have left Souths after the GF win! Mind you in SL he would kill it as would the Roosters coach too.

As Madge has shown in the NRL once your tactics have been found out you're in trouble. As far as Shaun Wane you can't weaken the side yearly and expect results, changing manager will only make us worse.

No. A red herring!

Jack Gibson always said 3 years and largely he was right. Lowe 3 years, Monie 3 years wanted to leave persuded to do an extra. For poor coaches 3 years is too long!

It didn't when we changed Noble for Madge did it! The exact opposite in fact.

Look how Chester turned Wakefield around.

I am sure a different coach here would have the same effect because it's obvious he has run out of ideas.

In fact I think you could put a ferret in charge at the minute and things would improve as I think Wane is actually a liability.

Just been thinking this.

How close a similar situation we are now with Wane as we were back then with Noble.

Some fans would still to this day still claim Noble should have been given that contract extension and they are the same ones currently claiming Wane is still the right man for the job despite what they see with their own eyes

The biggest Room is the Room for improvement.

The best form of defence is attack!!

Out of the black and into the red, remember you don't get anything for two in a bed!!
