Im of the school that thinks all coaches have a time limit on them and i fear his time has expired,if not then he has to have help brought in becuase it simply can't carry on as it is at the moment.

Look at Leeds i suspect that could be the fate that faces Wigan if nothing is done.

Perhaps we have the answer as to why there has been no replacement for Iestyn Harris or Paul Deacon. No one to step up so the coach gets to stay.

I know and does anyone see him as a candidate for the position of Head Coach?

Like the common view on here I think Waney needs the help of an attacking coach, preferably a former half back.
Our attack and "points for" column have looked very poor from the start of the season and the problem should have been resolved earlier than now. Problem I suppose is the availability of quality personnel.

I've mentioned previously I'd have liked the club to offer an attack coaching job to Terry Campese. He's a year left on his contract but I'm sure he'd ditch that if got a coaching offer from Wigan.
I've usually seen TC as a clever player who could open defences with at times almost ease.

Something defo needs to happen regarding our lack of attack and predictable play. Strikes me there are a few players not entirely fully fit for one reason or another but our attack or lack of is truly dreadful. I can't see Wayne Bennett picking any of our players for the internationals apart from maybe Bateman and right now it seems like that would be a great idea. They all need to get fully fit in the off season so I for one will be delighted if none of them are picked.
How come when Harris and Deacon left they weren't replaced by similar personnel?
Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Explain his attack in 2012 and 2013. Best we have had in a long time.

Because we're Wigan, and more than that, we're Wigan under Shaun Wane. We're arrogant enough to think we don't need intelligent coaching. Just promote John Winder and play jobs for the boys instead.
Deacon is been put on a pedestal here. Our attack got worse the moment Harris left. Deacon might have been a bit better than now but myself and others were complaining about him start of last season and some had seen it the previous season.

Once again someone leaves and get put on a pedestal as he is from Wigan. Whilst people ignore the fact last time we won something meaningful Harris was the attack coach.

2012 points for 994
2013 points for 851
2014 points for 834
2015 points for 798
2016 points for 568 so far and 4 games to go

2013 we would have broken 1000 point had we not got top 4 done before mid July. We were far ahead and deliberately stopped playing in SL games so be fresh for the double push.

There is a drop from 2014 onwards and the drop is getting bigger. We will struggle to break 600 this season that is almost 400 points a season less than when Harris was here.
